There and DigiSoft Enter Joint-Marketing Partnership

Lauderdale, FL (September 10, 2001) -- UR There, Inc (URTI)
is pleased to announce its partnership with DigiSoft, LLC,
a leading developer of digital imaging and conversion software
for Windows and Windows CE based personal computers. URTI
will begin bundling Digisoft's PictPocket Mobile Suite with
the @MIGO, URTI's premier Pocket PC.
The PictPocket Mobile Suite includes both PictPocket
for Pocket PC and ProMedia
for Windows. PictPocket is one the leading static and video
image viewing applications available for Windows CE operated
handhelds. ProMedia serves as the desktop companion to PictPocket,
expanding its powerful array of tools with support for over
50 different static image file formats as well MPEG-1 and
2 video and sound files. The latest version of ProMedia also
includes CD-burning capabilities.
DigiSoft's
Mobile Suite and the @MIGO make an ideal pairing for mobile
image viewing because of the @MIGOÍs 34k High color TFT LCD
screen, which allows images to look their best. Additionally,
the integrated PCMCIA slot on the @MIGO supports the use of
a wireless modem so images can be sent to any email address.
The
addition of a digital camera to the @MIGO allows for the added
benefit of taking and editing photos with PictPocket and ProMedia.
The camera is manufactured by UR There for its @MIGO and PD-131
models.
