DigiSoft's
reViewMD Gets Boost From Wireless Internet Service Provider
DigiSoft,
the leading provider of medical image viewing software for
the Pocket PC has formed a marketing partnership with Wireless
Internet Service Provider(WISP).
In a marketplace that is inundated with digital opportunites
and technological enhancements, DigiSoft has made sense of
it all — with the medical professional in mind.
A
forerunner in medical imaging software, DigiSoft's reViewMD
allows physicians to view patient image data at the point
of care and provides the mobile physician easy access to important
data even at remote locations.The program's mobility
is accomplished through wireless connectivity services provided
by WISP. WISP facilitates the flow of image data through
its proprietary accelerator software enabling users to
download large image files through standard wireless internet
connections.
DigiSoft and WISP have entered into an agreement for the purpose
of establishing a joint marketing effort for wireless services
and DigiSoft's reViewMD medical imaging software.
With
DigiSoft's reViewMD and WISP, the physician can access and
review DICOM static and video image files anytime, anywhere
— eliminating the delays associated with current methods
of data review.
